ODEM Technology was established in 1988 and at present is a fully owned
subsidiary of BOS Better Online Solution ltd (Nasdaq: BOSC; Tasc: BOSC)
ODEM's 2005 sales were 25 million dollars, which represent a growth of more than 100% as compared to the 12 million dollars of 2003.
ODEM is divided into different departments that handle a variety of technologies.
Our team consists of skilled engineers and technical personal that are backed with a dedicated sales and costumer service professionals.
ODEM is considered to be one of the 10 largest operations of its kind in Israel.
Communication Division
ODEMnet represents, distributes and integrates communication and networking products.
Among the manufacturing companies that ODEM distributes are:

The products include: routers, switches, wireless systems, broadband equipment and fiber optics transceivers.
Among the customers are the following companies: Motorola, IBM, ISP customers, Bezeq, Israel Electric Corp. ….
Electronic Components Division
This department generates most of ODEM's business. We represent and distribute
the products of various manufacturing companies, among them:

ODEM provides procurement solutions for the R&D and production departments.
We specialize in electronics components and sub systems for the hi-tech and avionics Industries in Israel.
ODEM customer base includes more than 1000 active customers that include all the major electronic manufacturers in Israel. For example, we are a major supplier to the Israel Aircraft Industries and recently were awarded a 5 million dollars contract for a variety of components.
Imaging & Vision Division
ODEM supplies cameras, CCD and CMOS sensors to the industrial inspection vision systems, space and avionics vision systems. Among the customers are the largest accounts in Israel, including global customers.
RFID & Automation RFID
ODEM develops solutions for RFID identification and acts as partner with the largest RFID providers in the world, for example:

ODEM has integrated over 30 projects in RFID which include: Computers, Readers, Tags and Antennas. Recently, we negotiated a contract for supplying about 1 million Tags to a European customer.
In the automation area, ODEM represents Honeywell Automation Systems. The customers are in the area of the chemical, pulp, and paper industries.
